About the Playbook

The Playbook represents a culmination of more than 30 years of entrepreneurship and commercial development in life science industry. The vision of the platform developed from real-world experience in startup product commercialization combined with frameworks such as Lean Start-Up and Pragmatic Marketing Institute.

 

The Playbook partners with early-stage companies who seek to rapidly capture revenue traction and identify and leverage their “beachhead” markets to drive growth.

Dan Snyder – President and Founder

Dan is a proven executive with over 30 years of experience in driving growth and building value in venture-backed life science companies addressing both research and regulated clinical markets across a wide range of technology areas, including genomics, proteomics, gene expression, immunology, and cellular/imaging analysis.

While embracing the urgency and culture of the startup environment having led several organizations through growth and exit, Dan takes a pragmatic approach in matching innovations with validated market applications. He is a customer-centric leader driving value by intimately aligning external market indicators with enterprise vision and strategy.

Dan applies an agile, hands-on approach to achieve near-term business objectives while orchestrating a product management framework to seize market opportunities and deliver long-term growth.
